490 Proximity Switch

The proximity switch 490 with ATEX does not require contact and is triggered by a magnetic field or an Fe object. The device does not require a continuous air supply. A further advantage of the proximity switch is its compact dimensions.
The ATEX version of pneumatic proximity switch 490 is certified for use in potentially explosive atmospheres where there is a risk of gas or dust explosion, zones 1 and 21 as well as for Mining (category M2).

Type 495 integrated, impressively easy installation using hose coupler or rapid-fit connector, maintenance-free operation. This integrated totalizing counter is available in two designs, with either 6 or 8-digit display. Type 495 integrated is available without a reset function or with manual or pneumatic reset. The user-friendly Type 495 for surface-mounting is easily fitted using hose couplers or a rapid-fit connector and is maintenance-free in use. The totalizing counters for surface-mounting has a 6-digit display and is equipped with a convenient pneumatic or manual reset function.

As a highly versatile integrated preset counter, Type 497 can be used as either an adding counter with permanently visible presets or as a subtracting counter. The unit is available with a 3 or 5-digit display and has an easy-to-use pushbutton reset. Additionally a pneumatic reset can be used and event there are models with an automatic reset function. The setting system makes Type 497 particularly user-friendly.

The convenient Type 499 timer with ATEX features compact fitting dimensions and can, as a result of its standard DIN dimensions, also be fitted to a DIN rail system. The unit features a stationary preset value and settable time range from 0.2 to 300 seconds. Type 499 timers do not require a continuous air supply.
The ATEX version of pneumatic timer 499 is certified for use in potentially explosive atmospheres where there is a risk of gas or dust explosion, zones 1 and 21 as well as for Mining (category M2).
